How To Become Naturally Thin

Christopher: Have you seen all the thin people who can eat anything they want? Do you believe that they have been blessed with a “fast metabolism”?

They are no different than you are.

They have the same kind of body that you have.

All bodies respond to the inhabitants vibration. The only difference between naturally thin people and people who wish they were thinner is the thoughts they think, their vibration.

- “But how did it start?”, you say. – “When I was thin, I never once thought of being fat. “

That’s because it is not about the weight!

It’s not!

Now, at this moment, the weight very likely have become a subject in itself, but when the weight gain first started, it was not so. It was not about the weight.

The weight is just a symptom of some other vibrational imbalance.

Like all other bodily symptoms (like illnesses), the weight is there just to show you that something else you are thinking is taking you on the path to “what you do not want”. It is telling you to change the way you are thinking.

Of course, by now, after you have struggled with the weight for years and years, never knowing that something seemingly completely unrelated was the true cause, now the weight is a cause of resistance in itself.

So first you will need to feel better about the topic of weight, before you can find and address the true topic behind the whole mess.

Remember, until you feel better about something, it cannot change. To change some aspect of your life experience, you have to change how you feel about it first.

Otherwise it will never change. (At least not until you die. Then you will be everything you want. To have it before then, you will have to change your thinking.)

It will likely become even worse instead, because of your attention to the subject.

It is not about action, it is about thought.

If you are wanting to be thinner, most likely you will have tried to take the action journey to what you want. We see much resistance in this world about the subject of weight. And we agree, it is very difficult to take your attention off the subject of your body, since you take it with you everywhere you go.

Have you noticed, that action alone never takes you to what you want? When you try to take action to reduce your weight, often it works at first, mostly because you have made a clear decision about what you want, and you find a method that seems good.

You believe this method will work for you, you listen to others, and the people that have invented this method, and everyone is so enthusiastic about this method, and you are affected by their enthusiasm, and get more and more enthusiastic.

This method is sure to solve everything, you believe, look how many fans it has! And you start doing the method, and you read all there is to know about it, talk about it all the time. You are aligned with it.

And it works for you.

At first.

After a while you are not so enthusiastic anymore. It is now routine. You are not as aligned with the method anymore. It becomes boring, and you feel restricted in what you “have” to eat, and not eat.

You are not feeling free.

And when you were aligned with this method, or anything really, when you are aligned with something and you think about that all the time, you are more aligned with You, generally throughout your whole day.

But there is a limit to how long you can think mostly about only one thing. And finally you go back to your “normal” way of thinking, your previous balance of vibration.

And you start feeling like you did before.

And since the weight was always really about something else, the same feelings produce the same results. And you start to gain weight again.

- ”This method does not work”, you think. Or even worse, you blame yourself; – “I did something wrong because it didn’t work for me. It worked for all those other people, so it must be my fault that it did not work for me.”

This, of course, is so untrue, so differing from what your Soul knows you to be, that it feels really bad to think this way.

And, now you are feeling even worse than before you started, and as a reflection of how you now feel, you gain even more weight, so now you weigh even more than before, and you are feeling worse too.

What a bargain.

After a while, when you cannot stand the feeling you have when you think about your weight, you are likely to try the action journey again.

Depending on if you believe that the method or yourself were the wrong one, you may try the same method again, or a different method.

This time it won’t be as easy as the first time, for each time you try to lose weight it will feel harder, and it will not work as well, for now you have a resistance to the subject of losing weight, you see, and for each time you are more resistant.

And now the subject of weight for you has a resistance on its own, and it is not enough anymore to release the resistance of the first subject, the one behind it all, the subject that caused your body to gain extra weight in the first place.

We cannot tell you specifically what this subject is for you, since it will be different for all who are asking.

You are all unique, and no one thinks the same way you do.

With Your Thoughts You Create Your Life

Your thoughts are what is creating your life. Your feelings are showing you in which direction your future is heading, toward what you want, or toward what you do not want.

You have the power to choose the future, the life, that you want to live. It is your creation that you are living.

Your freedom is beyond all boundaries.

You are so free, you can choose anything you want. You can choose to live a life of struggle or of ease. You are so free, that you can choose to be imprisoned. With your every thought you create. Every feeling you feel you will get more of. If you are feeling frustrated, more frustrating experiences will come to you.

It is Law.

If you are feeling love, more experiences that you’ll love are coming to you. The feeling you feel most of the time, you will feel most of; next week, next month, the rest of your life on Earth. Your life can not change if you don’t change how you are thinking.

Only you have the power to change your life.

But know this; Your power to change your life is limitless. No matter the current circumstances, you can change them. There is nothing you cannot be, or do, or have.

Nothing.

No matter what, if you decide that nothing is as important as how you feel, your life will change.

When you change your thoughts, your surroundings has to change. It is Law, and the Law of Attraction is absolute. Whether you believe in this Law, or not, whether you are alive, or dead, it works it’s magic in your life.

Every single thing you see, every single person you meet, every single thing that “happens” to you, you created. This Law is behind it all, and behind the Law is you.

Only you can create in your life.

No matter what has happened to you before, today is a new day and only you can choose the thought you keep thinking.

No one else. No one will come and save you, change your life for the better. They cannot change your life when you are thinking what you are thinking, no human, no angel, no god, can change your life for the better.

Only you have that power.

Do you see why? They can not interfere in your creation, for your free will is absolute. If they interfered in your life, then they would not allow you the complete freedom that is your birthright.

Your free will is absolute.

You are the Master of the Universe. Everyone is the Master of their own Universe, you see, and the Law of Attraction is what is managing it all. You all live in the same universe, yes, but there is not a single one of you that experience your world in the same way as another.

That is why no one else can control your destiny. Your destiny is of your choosing. By destiny we do not mean in a traditional sense, that your life is mapped out for you from the start.

That is not so.

Your destiny is a fluent, ever-changing direction you are heading, in every moment it can change with your intention. You decide what is your destiny in this moment. Your destiny is only the road you are on at the moment, you can always decide to go a different route.

Your destiny is all the dreams you have ever dreamed.

You may think that your dreams are multifaceted and incompatible with each other, but that is never true. Besides, it is not your job to piece them together and try to make a whole.

That is the job of the Law of Attraction, which is unlimited, and has an infinitely bigger picture in its view than a human ever could imagine from their current, more specific view of All-That-Is.

All of your dreams can come together and combine in a more wonderful way than you can think of.

Your job is only to get out of the way.

You Can Have Your Perfect Health

Christopher: It is natural for you to be in perfect health.

Your body knows how to stay in perfect balance your whole life here on Earth. There is no need to “decline” with age, to suffer before you die, to expect your health to become worse and worse the longer your body has lived on this planet.

The reason that this is so common among humans, is that the longer you have been here, the more time you have had to build up your resistance to the Stream of Well-Being. That is why, as you are more resistant, your body shows you more and more evidence of your resisting thoughts.

Wild animals hardly ever get ill, have you noticed? They do not resist, they go along with the flow. They follow their bliss. Your pets are more prone to illness, because they learn to struggle against – from the humans they live with. The closer you and your pet are, the more they learn to mimic your vibration.

When you fight against what you do not want, you are shown you are heading the wrong way by your feelings.

You feel bad.

When you do not listen to what your feelings are telling you, after a while, your body reminds you by showing a symptom. A symptom of your misalignment with your Soul. And if you still do not listen, your illness gets worse and worse.

That is what illness is.

But if you change your thinking, you can be well again, no matter what the doctors tell you. If you would just get out of the way, your body will find its balance again. You don’t have to know how, your body does.

It knows how to stay in perfect balance for as long as you want to stay on Earth, from your bigger perspective. Transitioning to Non-Physical, or as you call it, dying, is always a choice your soul makes.

There are no accidents.

When you are ill, there is something else you are feeling bad about first, before the illness even started. What are you worried about, angry about, feeling guilty about? Change how you feel on that topic, and the illness will turn to a healing.

It is not about the illness.

However, worrying about getting an illness can create that illness by your attention to what you don’t want.

Just as, when an illness is present for a time, it can be a topic in itself, and it won’t be enough to change your feeling about the original topic, but you will need to feel differently about the topic of the illness itself to resolve the resistance and be well.

For every illness that you have put a name on, there have been cases of “spontaneous healing” as the doctors call it.

Know this; no matter the name of your illness, it is not “incurable”.

Someone has miraculously cured themselves of every illness, and the doctors have no explanation of how it happened.

An illness does not exist in itself, even though it has been named a certain name. All an “illness” is, is a certain form of vibrational misalignment. That is why every case is different.

Every person has a different balance of vibration, no one is the same, no two people think in the same way. In the same manner, no ones illness is exactly the same either. They are similar enough for the doctors finding a reason to name them, yes.

But no illness is caused by any other reason than vibrational misalignment.

There is nothing wrong with going to the doctor.

What matters is how you feel about it.

If it feels good to you, then go. If it does not feel good, either change your thoughts so it does feel good first, before you go, or don’t go at all.

It is not cheating in any way to go to a doctor, as opposed to “fixing it” yourself by doing Thought Games.

You can do both.

After all, it is the wanting of people in previous times of your history that created the idea of doctors in the first place.

It’s as if instead of using your computer to read this, you would use a letter-carrying pigeon. A great invention of its time, but the wanting of all who exist on this planet has moved forward since then, and it is continuing to do so as we speak.

Death – There is No Such Thing

Christopher: Many of you believe that when someone dies, they are gone, stops existing. That is not true. You are all eternal beings, humans and animals and plants alike. You can never stop existing.

Never.

There is no such thing as death.

What death really is, is just a change in form. You change from physical form to the form we are in – Non-Physical. We know there is no death, you see, because we are what you would call dead. And we know we are not gone!

You are not alive or dead, but they are the same.

There is no dead or alive. We are all the same, we are all both of these things all of the time. Your soul always stays in Heaven as you call it, or as we call it The Source of Everything There Is, and You (the big you, your soul) choose to expand its being into physical form.

Your soul is unlimited, it can be a limitless number of Physical Beings at once. You are not one Soul, and one body.

That is what soulmates are.

There are many soulmates for you, human or animal, not only one true love as many humans think. Your meet your soulmates not only in the form of romantic love, either.

Your best friend may or may not be one of your soulmates (meaning; of the same Soul). Your pet can be your soulmate. And yes, your lover can be your soulmate.

Or not.

You can love a person and be with them your whole life without them necessarily being of the same soul as you are. It is not necessary.

Also, it is likely that your mortal enemy might be your soulmate too, and they are there because your soul is seeking expansion, and so made you both to be opposites, and bring out great wanting in you both.

As an example, our translator, Annika, and one of her cats, Emmy, is of one Soul. They have a special connection, very close, and Emmy has learned much of the vibration she puts out from Annika.

Yes, animals have vibrations just as you humans, although there are differences in intention. We will go into this further in other articles.

What Grief is

When someone dies, you grieve for them, and miss their presence. There is two reasons for those feelings. Remember, your feelings are always caused by how you think. When you think a thought that your Inner Being, or Soul, does not agree with you on, you feel bad, because you separate yourself from your soul.

When a thought makes you feel bad, it means that the thought is not true.

Many of you have been taught, that when someone dies, they are gone, and you will never see them again. This is not a true belief, which is why it feels so bad to think like this.

As you may recall, a belief is nothing more than a thought you keep thinking, a thought-habit it could be called. That is all a belief is. If those are the kind of thoughts you think when someone goes back to Non-physical, no wonder it feels bad.

There is also another reason you feel grief when someone you love or care deeply about remove themselves from your presence. Because you feel love for them, when you are with them or think about them you feel wonderfully good.

You feel that way because what you think about them agrees with the way Source thinks about them, and in their presence you and your Soul are one.

Your Soul feels only love.

When you feel love your Soul is right there with you. And when they go, you don’t have that connection. If the person goes away from you, if they live far away, or goes traveling, you miss them.

What you are really missing is not that person, but how you feel when they are there. You miss your connection to your Soul. If you practice choosing your thoughts, you can feel that feeling of love no matter if the person you love are there with you physically or not.

When someone you love dies, and your connection to your own soul depends upon them, of course it really hurts. It’s like tearing yourself apart.

And when you believe you will never see them again, perhaps even that they do not exist anymore, that belief is so untrue that you are thinking the exact opposite of what your soul is thinking, and your soul wants you to know that you are heading in the complete opposite of what you want, that is why you feel one of the most worse-feeling feelings there are.

That is what Grief is.

That’s why the more you love someone, the worse it feels when they die. What we want you to know, even though it may be hard to believe from where you are, is; you can feel that love practically all the time with or without your loved one there.

And they are never gone, they are always here, as we are always here, just in a different form, a form you cannot see from your physical view.

And if you have the wanting, and practice feeling better by choosing your thoughts, you can talk to your loved ones from physical being to non-physical being, you can talk to them again, even before you die.

Of course when you go too, you will be together again anyway. And your relationship will be better than ever before, for you will both be the best of what you are now, you will both be Who You Really Are.

Meditation – It’s Easy!

Why meditate?

Christopher: Meditation is one of the best processes, or thought games, to start out with. It will help you to let go of negative thoughts, and become accustomed to being in a better feeling place.

Meditation is acually a way to help you to stop all thought, to just exist in connection to Source, like when you are sleeping.

This stops all resistance that you have been used to.

And after you have been meditating for a while you become more sensitive to the bad-feeling resistance. That sensitivity is really a good thing as you then feel the discord more clearly, so it is easier to know when you are parted from Source, and do something to change your thoughts.

Also, since meditation helps you to feel better when you are doing it, and it stops resistance for a time, you may find that some of the things you are wanting shows up in your experience.

How? It’s easy!

Meditation doesn’t have to be confusing, difficult and complicated.

It can be just this easy.

15 minutes a day is a good amount of time, or 10, or 5. It will all be of benefit to you.

Any time during the day is great, however if you can, the earlier in your day, the better (don’t sweat it otherwise though).

It’s okay to miss a day, week, or even months. You will not ”go back in your development”, or anything like that. You will still be in the same plane of sensitiveness as the last time you meditated. You just don’t move forward (or back either) until the next time.

There is nothing you are supposed to ”do”while meditating. Even if you feel nothing, or feel like it doesn’t work, it is still of the same benefit.

In fact, the times you feel like were the worst, most distracted, is acually the times that are the most beneficial to you.

Sit for 15 minutes in a comfortable chair. As quiet and undisturbing environment as possible is good.

Preferably don’t set a timer, as it will wake you up too suddenly, just decide in you mind that you want to meditate for 15 minutes. In time, you will find that you will wake up then, or when you feel ”done”. Go with your feeling, not the clock.

Close your eyes and turn your thoughts to your breathing. Take long, slow breaths, try to fill your whole lungs, but only as much as feels comfortable.

When you find that you are thinking about something else, which you will, just concentrate on your breathing again.

That is all there is to it.

When you find yourself thinking about other things all the time, that’s okay. It is good that you do that. Meditation is all about returning your focus to your breathing. That is how it’s supposed to be.

You are not supposed to do anything, you cannot get it wrong. You can never ”fail” at meditating.

Deep, slow breathing at other times is very helpful to feel better.

When you are feeling stressed, upset, or any other not-feeling-good feeling, take a few deep, very slow breaths. In fact, you are meditating for only a minute or two, or even for only one breath.

Notice yourself becoming distracted from the bad-feeling thoughts and feeling better right away. This is easier if you are used to meditating, but it works anyway if you aren’t.

How To Change How You Feel

This article is the continuation of What Your Feelings Really Mean, and will be of more benefit to you if you read that one first.

Christopher: As you learned in the last article, your feelings show you in which direction you are going, towards wanted, or unwanted. In this article, we will explain how to use that new knowledge, by deliberately changing how you feel, so you turn in the direction of all that you want.

Your feelings come from the thoughts you think

When you think a thought that is creating what you don’t want, you will feel bad. To instead create what you do want, it is necessary to change what you are thinking into something that feels better. By the way you feel, you know if your new thought is an improved, or even worse-feeling thought.

When you feel a certain way, you are causing more things and experiences that feel the same to come to you. That is the Law of Attraction.

You choose your thoughts. When you want to, you can steer them to something else. Now, don’t try to control every thought you think from now on. That is impossible. You do not have to consciously guide every single thought.

It is a lot easier than that, or at least it will be with some practise. All you need to do is to notice how you are feeling right now. And right now.

You don’t have to focus on this every moment of your day. Just notice if you are starting to feel bad about something, and realize that you can change how you feel, if you choose to do so.

And notice when you are feeling very good, and celebrate how good it feels. Then you will attract more of that good feeling to you.

Here is The Emotional Guidance Scale (by Abraham):

2. Passion

The Emotional Guidance Scale is one of the tools you can use to feel better when you want to. But remember that what is important is that you feel better, not the tool. Feel better any way you can.

You can think, ”I want to feel better, how can I feel better, what would feel better right now”. And then do the thing you think of. Pet a cat, take a walk, take a nice bath, sit in the sun, read a good book, meditate.

Anything that feels better to you.

The Emotional Guidance Scale is to help you find out which feeling to aim for. Remember that you cannot take a huge jump from feeling really bad to feeling great, it is just not possible, and it will not work.

You can only change your feeling one, two or at the most three levels on the scale. The worse you feel, the smaller increments you need.

On subjects you already feel pretty good about most of the time, there are better Thought Games to use, and you don’t need the Scale for those. Only for more ingrained, long-term bad feelings is there a point to using the scale.

Travel up the Emotional Guidance Scale

This Thought Game is called Travel up the Emotional Guidance Scale. This is how you play it. Use pen and paper, or a computer.

Write down your current thoughts on a subject that you are feeling bad about. Then look at the words, and feel the feeling, and try to place it on the Scale. Is it Anger? Guilt? Irritation? Worry? Don’t worry about choosing the wrong feeling, you’ll soon notice and can just start again if that is the case.

Then pick a feeling that is one, two or three levels higher on the Scale. If you are in Anger, you could pick Blame to aim for. Try to find thoughts that feel more like Blame. If it’s too hard to think of any, either you are aiming too far, or you picked the wrong feeling to start with. (If so, just start again from where you are.)

Write down your thoughts at the new feeling, until you really feel that feeling. Then pick a new feeling again. Do this as long as you want to, or until you reach Hopefulness or Positive Expectation.

You don’t have to find a feeling to aim for, but it can be easier as you start, since most of you have learned that it is bad to feel Revenge, for example, and recoil when you get to that feeling, so you never get past that point on the Scale.

However, you could also just find some thoughts to write down that give you relief from the previous feeling, and naturally travel up the Scale. Pick the option that seems like the easiest to you, or try both on different occasions.

You can also do this Game by thought, or spoken, but it is of more benefit if you do it in writing since that helps you to focus your thoughts more.

How to Learn Anything Really Fast

Question by Annika: How can I learn something, like for example a skill such as touch typing, really fast?

Christopher: If you believe you are a fast learner, you will be. Everything that you believe will be true for you. That is one of the reasons that all humans have different opinions on everything, and every one thinks they are right.

Of course, there really isn’t any ”right”, because that implies that the opposite has to be ”wrong”. And there is nothing that is ”wrong”.

Nothing.

Also, if you are connected to Source, to your Inner Being, you will learn very fast. People who have learned about study techniques already know this, they know that when you have fun you learn better.

You know you are connected to Source when you feel good. Happiness, love, passion, joy, are some of the best feeling feelings. However, there are no limit to how good you can feel.

No matter how good you feel, you can always feel better.

Pretend you already know how

Another way, if you want to learn faster, is to change your belief that you don’t already know that thing you want to learn.

If you see yourself (create a new story) of you already being very good at the thing you want to learn, write a bit in your Pray Rain journal what it’s like to be so good at this, then you will create it faster and a lot easier.

Practise in your mind, in your mind experience doing what you want to learn the way you dream of doing it.

See only success in your mind, and it will be so.

Pretend that you are doing it for real. Children are very good at this, and since you have all been childen at the very least once (probably many more times than once LOL), you can all easily remember how it feels to imagine something so it feels as it is real.

All you need is a little practise. The time just before falling asleep is a good time for this, and it feels very nice too.

What Your Feelings Really Mean

Question by Annika: Can you explain to us the meaning of our feelings?

Christopher: Your feelings are your Guidance System. They are your compass that shows you which way you are going. Am I going toward wanted or unwanted? Your feelings always tell you.

When you feel good you are going toward what you want. When you feel bad you are creating unwanted things in your future. By paying attention to your feelings you always know which way you are heading.

Now, this doesn’t mean much to you unless you understand that you control your feelings. Your feelings are a response to what you are thinking.

  • If you are thinking something that is not what you want, you will feel bad.

  • When you are thinking thoughts that are creating your future as you want it to be, you feel good.

It is just that easy. You will always know in which way you are heading if you notice how you feel.

There are no bad feelings

Some people may have taught you that some feelings are bad feelings. That it is wrong to have them, and that you should pretend that you don’t.

This is not true.

It is just something they were taught once, and are now teaching you the same. There are no bad feelings. Feelings are just guiding you to where you want to go. Are there bad directions on the compass?

Even though there most likely is a direction on your compass that leads to the opposite of the way you want to go, does that mean that it is a bad direction? Some other time, or for some other person, that might be the direction that is wanted.

Feelings are exactly the same. No one outside of you can know what you are feeling. Only you know in which direction you are going. Only you can tell how you feel, no one else can feel your feelings.

They can’t know if the feeling you feel, let’s call it anger for this example, leads you to wanted or unwanted. That depends completely on where you were before you found this feeling of anger. If you were in the feeling called depression, anger feels immensely better.

But the other person does not know this. They only know that you are more trouble to them now than before. Therefore they might prefer to call the anger a bad feeling. But it is not.

Where you are it is a better-feeling emotion than before, therefore it is leading you to even better-feeling emotions. You are on the path to happiness, to all the things you want coming true. But how could the other person know that?

They can’t know how you felt before, or even how you feel now. When you are feeling bad it is a blessing in disguise. How else would you know if you are going the wrong way before you got there. The bad feeling tells you so you know it before you create the things you do not want.

From feeling bad to feeling good

Your feelings range from very good-feeling feelings, to very not-good-feeling feelings. We will sort the feelings into a scale of very good-feeling, to good-feeling, to sort-of-good, to inbetween, to sort-of-bad, to bad-feeling, to very bad-feeling, this is so you can more easily tell which feeling to aim for when you are looking to feel better.

Abraham, and us, call this The Emotional Guidance Scale. What is important to know, is that these are just names attached to the emotions. Not everyone associates these names with these feelings, so it may feel like this scale is not a match to your feelings.

It is always best to follow your own feeling, and find a better feeling one, and you do not need the Scale if it doesn’t feel right for you. If something doesn’t feel good to you, do something else! (If we do not feel like the right teachers for you, find another teacher that feels good to you.)

If you are low on the Scale, such as at Revenge, you cannot change your thoughts to Joy right away. It is just too big of a jump, it’s impossible to do.

Instead, you can aim for a feeling a bit higher on the scale, one or two or possibly three levels higher. Then, when you have stabilised in your new, better-feeling feeling, you can do it again. That is a good way to change how you think, and make it last.

Here is the next article about feelings, where there is more information on how to change the way you feel; about everything. You can change how you feel whenever you choose to. It is your choice.

You can become a happy person.

What is the Law of Attraction?

Question by Annika: What is the Law of Attraction? Can you explain it to us?

Christopher: Yes. The Law of Attraction is the most powerful Law of the Universe. It is the basis of all the other Universal Laws.

The law of Attraction means that all things that are alike are drawn to each other. That means that things and people and thoughts and everything there is attract the same vibration to itself. It is universal, that is, it exists everywhere without any limitations such as time, space or matter.

The Law of Attraction is the most important Law to understand, as it will give a basis of understanding that makes it possible to understand the other universal Laws, the Law of Deliberate Creation and the Law of Allowing.

All things are vibration

If you had a microscope so powerful you could zoom in and see the tiniest components of things, all you’d see would be space with tiny particles here and there. The particles would be moving around, at their own vibration, you see. Every single thing and person and thought and feeling is vibration.

The scientists are finding proof of this now, and there will be more evidence as time goes on that this is so.

It is real. They can see it.

And they have seen something that is incredible to them. The tiny particles react differently if someone is looking at them or not. They respond to the vibration of the observer.

There is no such thing as an impartial observer. The observer always affects what he is looking at. There are a lot of things that seemed supernatural before, until someone invented a way of measuring it.

The bats see in the dark by using sound to hear their surroundings; this was impossible to understand before, since humans can not hear such sound with their ears alone. There will come a time when our vibration will be measurable too. Then it will be easy to understand that it was always so, we affect everything in our life by our vibration.

Everything you see and hear and experience; you created

Nothing can happen to you, there is no chance or luck or even fate. You have complete control of how your life will be.

You create it.

No one else can create things that affect you without you inviting it. All the things you experience, and have experienced, you created.

That can feel daunting until you understand the complete freedom you have been given by this. Your freedom is absolute. No one can take it away from you. It is a freedom of thought, you see.

No one can decide what you think but you. It is always your freedom of choice. No one can change your life but you. We cannot do it for you. It is up to you to make the decision to think deliberately instead of by default.

The Law of Attraction does not understand ”no”

It is a Law that includes, it can never exclude, that is, say no to anything. It only understands ”yes”.

If you see something you do not want, and you shout ”no, I don’t want you”, at it, you will attract it to you, you will create the thing you do not want. There is no such thing as ”no” to the Universe, you see.

It is not.

There is only ”yes”, by your attention you draw things to you. By your attention to something you will create it in your life. If your attention is, ”no, that is not what I want, I do not want this experience in my life, I do not like it”. It will come to you.

It has to, the Law of Attraction can only do as you ask. If you want to be able to create the life you want, you will have to learn to focus more of your attention on ”yes, I want that. That is what I want in my life”. That is how it works you see.

It is the only way, it is Law. It cannot be otherwise.

Your balance of vibration in this moment of now is what creates your future

Your unique, individual balance of all the thoughts you think is what makes your life turn out the way it is. Wanted and unwanted.

There is not a single person that thinks the same way you do. You are all unique, like a flurry of snowflakes, you are all the same matter combined in unique patterns.

Who is Christopher and how does it work?

Question by Annika: Who are you? Will you explain to us who and what you are?

Christopher: Yes. We are Infinite Intelligence. We are you, all of you reading this, in fact. We are a group of like-minded non-physical Beings. We are your Souls, or what Abraham calls Inner Beings.

We are teachers, here because of your asking, to help you remember what you deep inside have always known. That you are meant to be happy. Meant to feel free, and powerful, and successful. That you create your life and everything in it. With what you think.

It is natural to be happy. When you are little, you forget, or are trained to think differently. But you can practise until it is more natural, and therefore easier, to feel good, than feel not-good.

Q: How can you say you speak through a normal person? How can we believe this? Is it a scam?

C: You don’t have to believe in anything you don’t want to. If something does not feel good to you, focus on something else. If this feels good to you, if it speaks to you, does it then matter where the information comes from? If it is of benefit to you, would it matter who said it?

Q: How does it work?

C: It is a collaboration, a promise Annika and us made to each other before she was born into this physical reality you call earth. We send our vibration (our thoughts), condensed into our consensus of thoughts, and she is ready to listen (not exactly listen – to open her mind).

She receives our thoughts, and automatically/unconsciously translate our vibration to thoughts she ”hears” in her head, much like you all can ”hear” your own thoughts (and you could hear ours too, if you wanted to, and aligned with us. Meditation is very good for this.). She then types her translation of our ”words” on this page in her computer, and posts it on her blog for everyone to read.

Many, many will find benefit from this translation of hers. Some call this automatic writing, but that is not accurate. We do not type the words, even though it can seem that way to many translators like Annika (there are many who translate thoughts from non-physical, both parts of us and other groups of beings, different than us.).

She types the words, from the thoughts from us she hears. She can tell the difference between her own thoughts and ours (Don’t worry, we know her, and she would never, ever write something herself and not tell you that it’s by her, or let you think we said something when she said it herself.).

Also, she has made a decision when our connection first started, that she will never censor anything we say (no matter how embarrassing LOL). Our answers will always be our complete, full answers, nothing will be removed or held back.

As she said, that is the job of a translator, to translate everything that is said to the best of her ability, and never change or withdraw any part of the message, no matter the possible implications. However, she will edit our posts, not to remove anything, but to fix misspellings that is made at the speed of our eagerness to send our answer, and her desperate attempt to keep up with our thoughts by typing them on the page LOL. Also, she may rearrange the order of the questions and answers within a post, if it is confusing or seem mixed up in order.

Q: What do you mean when you say you are us, our souls?

C: Most of you probably believe in life after death, some of you may not, or maybe you want strongly to believe it but feel doubt deep inside you. We want you to know, not because we say so, but feel the truth in the eternal nature of life, for ALL beings, humans and animals and plants. And other things, on many other places you might call planets LOL.

To feel the truth of this from your own soul resonate within you, to know it in your heart. This place, where you are before you are born into this world and after you ”die”, is called Source by us (and Abraham, too, which are a part of us.). Some people call it the Light, Heaven, Pure Positive Energy and many other things throughout the times on your planet, but it is all the same place.

Source is where we are, right now. And you are here too, even though this may be hard to understand. Us and you (all of you reading this) we are the same. Every one of you are a part of us. Your Souls, your Inner Beings, are always happy and free and safe here within Source. You are always here, even when you decide you want to experience one of the many, a lot more than many, millions, of Physical Realities that exist (last time we counted – it will have already increased by now, LOL).

You, as you think of yourself to be, are an extension of the Pure Positive Energy, the Soul, that is really you. Your Soul, the real you, we will call You, and the physical you that you think is you (did you get that? LOL), we will call.. that’s right, …you.

Q: How do you mean, my soul isn’t here, within me?

C: It is. When you allow it to be, it is. It resides in Source, and reaches a part of itself out to create in your physical body. Your soul is always connected to you. However, you can hold a shield up between you and your Inner Being, that keeps it apart from you. But it is always there, you can choose to let it shine through at any time.

When you feel good, it’s because you let yourself be all that you really is, you are thinking the same thoughts as your Inner Being. When you feel what you call bad(there is not anything that is ”bad” or ”good” from our view of you, there are only different preferences and experiences), you are holding your soul apart from you.

But it will always be there, it is your choice to let it through or not. We also want you to know, that your soul never does anything but love you. It cannot ever do otherwise. It will never be angry or disappointed in you because you have a difficult time to feel good, or that you are not where you want to be yet.

The bigger you that is your soul, your Inner Being, is you. You are completely loved where you are now, no matter what you do or don’t do, are or are not. You are loved for all that you are, and we can see all of you, all the time, everything that is you, and nothing of what you are is disapproved of.

We only approve. You can not ever do anything wrong. All that you do will benefit you. No thing is the wrong thing to do, no matter what it is. No matter what, you are always loved as you are, without reservation for any trait or behaviour whatsoever.

We, and your souls who are a part of all the Inner Beings that we are, can never feel anything but unconditional love for you. You can never make us angry or upset, or sad, or disappointed, for we choose our feelings, you see, and no one can make anyone else feel bad. It is a choice that only you make, how to feel.

We know it may seem hard to believe at first from your physical point of view, but it will become clear to you how you can achieve this too, in time and with easy practise.

Q: Is this what they call channeling?

C: Yes, some do call it that. It is not really the most descriptive word though, and doesn’t quite represent how it is really happpening. We will try to find a better word to use. If we can’t, we will just have to make something up. After all, that is how all languages evolve, LOL.
