Question by e-mail: As a finite being, am I not being presumptuous at best, or contemptuous at worst, should I attempt to assign to Source my thoughts about Its attributes?
Christopher: You are Source. How can you assign something you think to what you already are?
You are the Leading Edge of Thought, the you that you think yourself to be now in your human body.
Every idea you have, every new desire you come to want, it adds unto. You are the one who is creating the expansion of All-That-Is.
Not the infinite You that are One with all things, but the specific person you feel yourself to be focused in your temporary, human body.
You are the one that is creating the constant expansion in us, being as we are a point of view of All-That-Is.
Your new idea has never existed before, until your asking has brought it forth. Your desire to be something else, creates a new state of being for all of us here that wish to be that.
We could not become more if it weren’t for you physical beings coming to new conclusions of what you do not want, and therefore what you do want. The things you want are what you want to be, not things to be held in your mortal hands.
You, the more specific you that lives from your specific, chosen point of view in the focal point you’ve chosen, this mortal body you reside in, are the focal point that is leading us from our broader view (by us we mean You and all other You’s that reside here now as we speak).
Without your specific view from where you are, who you know yourself to be, there would be no moving eternally forward into something more, us becoming more expanded with every breath you take.
We are you.
You are us, also. There is no one more qualified of thinking new thoughts about us, about anything, than the you that resides in your mortal body.
What you think when you find a new idea, a new wanting, is new.
It has never been before.
Your new ways of seeing things, of sifting through the contrast and wanting new and improved experiences, it what makes All-There-Is to evolve, expanding eternally into more and more, adding to the infinitely differing weave of viewpoints, adding complexity and scope and new life unto us.
So we become more, broader and wider and ever expanding, and we are calling the more specific views of us forward to what we now are.
And this is what evolution is, you see.
Without your specific view, your wanting something better, there would be no forward expansion.
We would all still exist in physical form as amoeba floating in the ocean, aimlessly at peace with what has always been.
There would be no new wanting if not for you.
And that would be such a boring game.
We are in love with you no matter what you do.
