Question by e-mail: If it is true that so called “past, present, and future,” are happening “now,” from your vantage point (frequency) can you “focus” on any one of them “at will?” If so, can you inform Annika of the order of finish from first to last, of all the horse races scheduled to be run at Golden Gate fields this afternoon?

Christopher: Yes, we could, but we’re not going to. There are two reasons that this will not happen.

Firstly, even if we tried to send this to Annika, she would not be able to hear the information since she would be attached to the result; money that is, or as proof that we are real. The expectation would block her connection to us.

If you are wanting to know if we really exist, then ask for a sign, and look for it. If you are open to it, a sign that is meaningful to you will turn up.

Secondly, and most important, we would not tell you anyway. We are not wanting to be your source of power, money or anything else.

(We do not feel any need to prove to anyone that we exist. It is your choice what you think, and we don’t care if you choose to think we are real or not. Your thoughts does not affect how we think in any way.)

We want you to know in your heart that YOU are the source of all that. You can create anything you want and it would not help you in any way if we tried to shove money, for example, your way.

And it would not work anyway.

The Law of Attraction is the most powerful Law in the Universe. We can not trump it to send you things you are not a match to, even if we wanted to.

Only you can attract in your life.

We cannot create in your reality.

When you are a match to more money, it will come to you. You don’t need us to help you.

When you are not a match to more money, it cannot come to you. We can’t help you then, either.

Even if we wanted to, and were somehow able, to tell you the winning numbers and you received a huge amount of money, if you were not a match to it, you would lose it all right away anyway. Maybe you would drop it somewhere and lose it.

Now this will not happen because you will not receive it until you are a match to the freedom you seek (money is in essence a feeling of freedom for most humans).

Only you have the power to change your life.

That is your freedom, the freedom to choose, to create what you wish.

Not for anything would we take that away from you even if we could.

The other part of your question is how we see your time.

Where we are, there is no time. Everything exists all at once here.

We do not have to concentrate to see different time perspectives at your Earth. We just sort of look in the direction we want to, like you do with your eyes on your earthly plane. Of course, we do not really “look” since we have no eyes, and no bodies either, but that is a good comparison for our explanation.

Yes, if we wanted to we could see which horse who have not yet won on your plane of existence.

But we don’t want to.

You see, since we can see everything, there is so much to choose from that is so much more interesting, fun, or provoking of new ideas that we are not very interested in which horse who is arriving at a certain line in the ground before the others.

If you were a match to receiving more money, however, or just wanted to see how connected you were to your Soul, you could yourself feel which horse would feel good to bet on, or just cheer on. You have the power within you, you see, you don’t need us, really, and we would not be here but for your asking and allowing of your answers you see, you created your rendezvous with us as well, which is a lot bigger than which horse comes first.

Do you realize that it’s not the horse who controls the experience of winning anyway? The horse could not care less about the line in the ground, even though it has a fun time running.

People create which horse will win. Not only the jockey, but the owner, trainer and the entire audience and all who is betting is the deciding factor in who wins.

The horse that has the most people rooting for it the most, and more importantly; the least people who are afraid or doubtful that it will not win, is the horse who comes first.

What we see is that in most human competitive situations, it is not the side that has the most people voting for them, but the least people getting in the way by voting against the others instead of for what they believe in, that wins.

It never works to vote against what you do not want, that will just bring it to you.

The Universe does not understand “no”, only “yes”.

Sure, we could help people more directly to faster get the things they want, but you would not like it anyway, for the only way we know to get you to care about how you feel faster, is for you to get more of what you don’t want and you would not like if your life suddenly got a lot “worse”.

But if you are really in a hurry, go for it LOL.

Or you could just decide now to care about how you feel.

No sweat, if you are not ready yet, things will only get worse until you are.

We love you so much that we would not meddle in your life and take away your freedom (even if it could ever be taken away which it cannot).

Christopher: A child enjoys the moment as it unfolds. They never feel while doing one thing that they should be doing something else.

They never do things because they think they should do them. They never say to themselves -”I’ll do what I really want to do, but later when I have finished this really long to-do list. I have to do the things I should do first, and then I can have fun. If I have time by then.”

That is not how it’s supposed to be.

Your life is supposed to be fun.

Fun isn’t something to be saved for later to do if you have time after all the things you feel like you should do.

Why not do what you really feel like doing, that you would have fun doing?

-” I can’t do that”, you say. -”All these important things would never get done if I don’t force myself to do them. Everyone can’t just go around enjoying their life all day every day. That would just be lazy, and nothing would ever get done. Society would fall apart.”

Really? How do you know? Have you ever tried it?

Or is it really just something you have been taught by the people around you, who themselves have been taught this way of thinking when they were new to this Earth? Just because most people are doing something in a certain way does not mean that there are no other ways, that maybe would work even better for you?

Why should other people from years ago decide in what way you ought to do things?

They believed that it was for your own good to teach you to conform to the humans surrounding you. It was easier for them to feel good when you did things they believed were good. They did not know that how they felt was always in their power to control.

They did their best to train you to be the way they wanted you to be.

But that was in a past time. You have the power to control your own thoughts, just as other people have the power to control how they think.

In this time of now, your past has no influence on you except for how you choose now to think of then.

Today is a new day, and you can choose in every moment how you want to think, how you want to feel.

You are free.

Things you feel you “should” be doing, never leads to what you want anyway.

If what you are wanting is, for example, a good-feeling, tidy home, struggling with the cleaning of it and forcing yourself to tidy even when you don’t feel like it, will never lead you to what you want, which in this case is an easy to maintain, effortlessly kept up with home that feels good to come home to.

Struggling with doing things you don’t really feel like doing will only create more struggle and even less instances of feeling like it in your future. It will only get harder this way, and you will only create more overwhelming, not-feeling-like-it feelings.

Your future is created as an amplification of how you feel mostly now, you see.

Struggling never leads to the life you want.

By going with your inspiration, by doing in each minute what you really feel like doing, by giving yourself permission to never again do anything you don’t want to do; that is how you get to everything you want.

By going with the flow, and let it take you along in its current, you will become the person you want to be, who leads the life you want to lead.

And it will be effortless.

Let yourself do what you are inspired to do in each moment, Beloved.

Christopher: What you think of us has nothing to do with us. We know, that how we feel is only affected by our own thoughts. What you think have nothing to do with it.

Your thoughts is of your choosing.

What you think of something has nothing to do with the thing itself, but everything to do with what you choose to think, and have chosen previously, creating your unique thought-habits.

Your thoughts are only controlled by you.

What another is, or does, does not affect you unless you choose to think in a way that does not agree with your Inner Beings thoughts about the other.

We always choose to think in a way that feels good to us, a way that is loving and joyful and empowering. Nothing you think or say or do can change our manner of thinking without our consent. It is always our choice.

Therefore, we don’t care what you think or do or say about anything, including about us. It has nothing to do with us anyway, it has only to do with you.

It does not affect us in any way.

You cannot create in our experience, just as no other can create in your life. Only you create your life, and no one else can negatively impact your life unless you think about the person or circumstance in a way that feels bad to you, and therefore creates more of that same feeling in your future.

We are never hurt by what another think about us, because we know that it has nothing to do with us what they choose to think. No matter what we do, no matter how hard you try to please another so they will like you, you cannot decide what they choose to think.

Only they can choose their thoughts.

You cannot make someone else happy, even if you spent every waking moment trying to do so, for you cannot think for them. It is their choice, and theirs alone.

The only way you can help another, no matter how much you love them, is to stay connected yourself. You can only help another with your own happiness.

You choose your thoughts, and by directing your thoughts to things and ways to think about things that feels good to you, you can be a happy person, no matter where you are now.

It does not help another to feel bad for their sake, to disconnect from your Soul to commiserate with them. No matter how poor, or how unhealthy someone is, how could it help them that you choose to be poor alongside them?

How does it help someone who is ill, if you decide -”Poor him, he is so ill. I will become very ill too so he doesn’t have to be alone in his misery.” How will that help him to become well again? Won’t that just create two ill people where before there was one?

How would it help him that now you are unwell also?

Not only does it not help another that you joins him in his misery, but the only way you can inspire another to their own connection to their Soul, is by being connected yourself.

If no one is an example, how would anyone be inspired to greater things?

When you are connected, others see your happiness, your connection to Source, your success, and they are drawn up to the level of connection you exemplify.

You create the space for them to become more by their own accord. You cannot do it for them, and even if you could it would benefit them so much more to figure out how to be happy no matter their surroundings, than if they would be happy, but only as long as they are looking at you.

It is your choice to be happy, or not.

We know that where you are it may seem an impossible task. We agree that when you are feeling really bad it is hard to see the top of the mountain, to see how you could ever be joyful again.

If you are in a feeling-place where you cannot see even a glimpse of joy, we want to say to you; You can get there too in time. You can become a naturally happy person no matter how you are feeling in this moment.

When you were born, you were happy because that is how you are meant to be. You’ve unlearned what you once knew, but you can get back to that joyful existence.

That is a promise.

If you are feeling very bad, it is not a question of feeling terrible, or happy. You cannot choose to be happy right away because it is too big of a leap.

But there is always a choice.

For those who are feeling really bad; hopeless or unworthy, the choice is a much smaller one. It is not by making a big decision you can become happy, but by all the tiny, tiny decisions you have in each minute of your day.

Your decision is to think of the thing you are in this moment thinking about, in a way that feels like struggling or that feels like relief. It is not a choice between despair or joy, you see, it is a choice between feeling a little better or a little worse.

Many of you need some guidance as to if your feeling is in the direction that leads to happiness, or the opposite direction. That is why the Emotional Guidance Scale is such a marvelous tool.

Many of you have been taught that there are good feelings and bad feelings. Bad feelings are supposed to be repressed, not felt at all, or pretended they are not felt.

This is not true.

There are no bad feelings, all feelings are only like a direction on a compass.

If north is leading to where you want to go or not depends only on where you want to go and from where you started. North is neither good nor bad, it is only a direction.

It is the same way with feelings.

A feeling is never bad, it is only showing you the way you are going. And depending on where you started, Hate can be leading you to Joy or to even worse feeling feelings. If you started below Hate on the Emotional Guidance Scale, it is good to feel Hate. You need to feel it to get past that point on the Scale, so you can go gradually through the other emotions and eventually find Joy.

But you cannot get to Joy, ever, if you do not allow yourself to feel your Hate and Hate is between where you are and Joy on the Scale. Then you will never get there.

No matter how bad you feel, you can feel better.

And if you choose as often as you can to feel slightly better instead of choosing to feel slightly worse, in some time you will get to Joy, do you see?

Since you are traveling mostly upward on the Scale, even if on occasion you will feel by habit, as long as your consistent direction is upward, you have to get to Happiness/Joy eventually. You are going in that direction, so you have to get there.

And that is your choice and no one else’s.

We love you just as much even if you hate us.

I think where it really started was when my grandfather died. He was the first person I loved that died, at least he was the first since I was old enough to understand it.

I believe that the first time someone you love dies is the hardest, because that is when you need to come to your own conclusions about what happens when someone dies, what you are going to believe in.

At least that is how it was for me.

I took it very hard when he died, I had not expected it at all, even though he had been ill for a long time. I believed that he would get well, perhaps I was just in denial about it.

As a result, I had many regrets, and I felt very guilty about things I wished would have been different. I was very depressed for a long time, it felt like my life had collapsed completely.

I still credit the kitten I got at the same time, the cat that I now know is of the same Soul as I am, that I survived at all. Perhaps I would have anyway, but I believe it was meant to be that she came to me to be my reason to live at that time.

(Before I found Abraham, I believed that everything that happens is meant to be, it happens for a reason (this is after this story took place). I still do, but now I know that I’m the one that means it to be, and not some fuzzy idea of “fate”.)

Anyway, back to my story. I was very depressed, and I wasn’t sure if people still existed after they’d died, even though I wanted to believe that so badly. So I asked for a sign if it was true. I asked my grandfather, my grandmother (his wife) and her sister to send me a sign if they still existed.

A few days after (I think it was), I got my sign. I had sleeping problems, so I was up at four in the morning, looking out the window. It was dawn.

Then I saw them.

Three deers, walking by just outside my window, at the edge between the lawn and the parking lot of the apartment building.

Now, to understand how miraculous this was, I lived in the very north of Sweden, in the small town I was born in. That far north in Sweden, there are no deer. At all, to my knowledge before then.

I had never heard of anyone who had ever seen a deer for miles and miles from the town I lived in. In the north of Sweden, there are reindeers (caribou), and occasionally moose.

But that kind of small deer, never. They only live in the middle and south of Sweden, which is a country stretched out to the north and south, with quite big differences in climate.

And there were three of them, too. As many as the relatives I had asked for a sign.

It felt like magic.

And it gave me hope, a light to hold on to in the darkness, for months until I started to doubt again. What if it had just been a fluke? Could there really be life after death?

And so I asked for a sign again. I asked my grandfather and grandmother to give me a sign if they still existed.

And I got it.

It wasn’t the next day, but I got my sign. The situation was much the same, dawn, the window. This time, I saw two hares, grazing in companionship. Hares I had seen before, but never two so close to each other. And they stayed for a long time, and I watched them.

My grandfather and grandmother had an amazing, true love relationship. When he died, she followed him only a month later.

The hares gave me hope to hold on to for months (though I am not quite sure about the exact timing in this story; I’m mostly guesstimating), but about a year later, I think, I lost faith again. And again, I asked for a sign, I asked my grandfather to give me a sign if he really was there.

And I got my sign.

This time, I was riding in the car with my mom, down a pretty big road. And suddenly, just in front of our car, though not at risk to be run over, an unusual, strange-looking animal ran across the road.

It was a mink.

And minks, they are definitely not a part of the wildlife in Sweden. At all. There are only a few, that animal activists have released from mink farms. And that’s not any where near our town. It must have somehow escaped on it’s own. And to see one in almost the middle of town, running across the road? There is no way that could have happened without some divine guidance!

At this point, I was quite sure that he really did still live on somehow, LOL! However, I was still feeling very guilty about one specific thing that happened before he died.

I came to the conclusion that I just couldn’t forgive myself for what had happened. And I asked him to give me a sign if he had forgiven me, because I could not forgive myself.

This time, I did not get a sign.

It was even better than that. I got to meet him and talk to him.

It was in a dream, but it felt completely real, and I know that it was. He was dressed in white, and we met in a garden in front of a white house. And we talked.

I do not remember what he said, but I do know that he felt only love for me and there was nothing to forgive. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, and I woke up free of the guilt I had felt for so long.

The story you’ve just read was the start of my journey into something more. Before my grandfather died, I had just lived life on autopilot, trying my best to get through what was before me.

When he died, I needed to believe there was something more, beyond the daily struggle, and if there is truly such a thing as the beginning, other than our birth being the beginning of the story of this lifetime of ours, then this is mine.

Christopher: No matter what you do or do not do, you are always loved. From where we are, we choose to only feel love and joy, freedom and knowing. All Non-Physical Beings feel like this, of their own choosing. That is why humans call this Heaven, you see.

We are you. Right in this moment.

Your Soul is among that which is us, as we are a compilation of your (all who are asking for our knowing) Souls. You are always here in Source, even when the Being that is you choose to focus a notion of Itself into a physical body.

Your soul is not within you but instead exist in a grander, more far-reaching plane, and you and your Soul is always connected to each other. (You are One. You are your Soul.)

Your Soul feels only love for you.

No matter what you do, or do not do, your Soul never gets angry, disappointed or worried. When you feel this way, when you do not feel good, what it means is that you are keeping yourself apart from your Soul, disconnecting yourself from You.

But no matter how lonely you may feel, your Soul is always there for you, and it is your choice to be Who You Really Are, or not.

No matter what you do, you are eternally loved. There is no Hell, every being goes straight to Heaven when they die.

There is nothing you have to do. We love you as you are, you do not have to change, and you do not have to deserve love, for it is your birthright.

Every being is totally loved.

Even murderers are eternally loved by us, no matter what they have “done”.

This can be hard to understand, but it is like this:

Every being, every human, is always doing the best they can from where they are. No one can do more than their best, can they?

And no one can hurt another unless they invite it by their vibration. There are no “victims”. You are not helpless, you are All-Powerful, as are all Beings.

Can you feel it?

No matter what you do, we love you.

We are IN LOVE with you.

As the one you are.

Now.

You could go out and kill everyone you meet, and we will still love you in the same boundless way.

No matter what you do, you are loved.

There is nothing you can do to change it. Nothing.

If you don’t feel loved, that is not because you are not loved.

You are.

Always.

Eternally.

When you don’t feel loved, it is only because the way you are thinking is differing from the way your Soul is thinking, and therefore holding you and You apart. Of course that feels bad. But it is in your power to change it, and only you can change how you feel.

It is your choice how you feel.

We choose to think in a way that makes us always feel love, joy and happiness. Now we know that it is easier for us. It is supposed to be that way, it is for a reason this is so.

You are where you are, who you are, to peruse the contrast and come to conclusions about new things that you now want to be.

You are supposed to find things that do not feel so great, and then want the opposite. That is how new things are wanted into being, that is how life moves forward eternally, and All-That-Is becomes more.

There is nothing wrong with you for not feeling bliss all the time. It is your job not to.

But it will be much more fun for you if you learn again how to become your fresh desire while you are in physical form (when you die you will become it anyway), for it is more fun, we agree, to get the things you want too, and not just want and want new things that never happen (’til you are dead).

That is why you asked for this, why we are here to help you remember what you once knew; that you create your life and all that is in it by the way you think.

We know all there is to know about you.. and we still love you.

Question by e-mail: As a finite being, am I not being presumptuous at best, or contemptuous at worst, should I attempt to assign to Source my thoughts about Its attributes?

Christopher: You are Source. How can you assign something you think to what you already are?

You are the Leading Edge of Thought, the you that you think yourself to be now in your human body.

Every idea you have, every new desire you come to want, it adds unto. You are the one who is creating the expansion of All-That-Is.

Not the infinite You that are One with all things, but the specific person you feel yourself to be focused in your temporary, human body.

You are the one that is creating the constant expansion in us, being as we are a point of view of All-That-Is.

Your new idea has never existed before, until your asking has brought it forth. Your desire to be something else, creates a new state of being for all of us here that wish to be that.

We could not become more if it weren’t for you physical beings coming to new conclusions of what you do not want, and therefore what you do want. The things you want are what you want to be, not things to be held in your mortal hands.

You, the more specific you that lives from your specific, chosen point of view in the focal point you’ve chosen, this mortal body you reside in, are the focal point that is leading us from our broader view (by us we mean You and all other You’s that reside here now as we speak).

Without your specific view from where you are, who you know yourself to be, there would be no moving eternally forward into something more, us becoming more expanded with every breath you take.

We are you.

You are us, also. There is no one more qualified of thinking new thoughts about us, about anything, than the you that resides in your mortal body.

What you think when you find a new idea, a new wanting, is new.

It has never been before.

Your new ways of seeing things, of sifting through the contrast and wanting new and improved experiences, it what makes All-There-Is to evolve, expanding eternally into more and more, adding to the infinitely differing weave of viewpoints, adding complexity and scope and new life unto us.

So we become more, broader and wider and ever expanding, and we are calling the more specific views of us forward to what we now are.

And this is what evolution is, you see.

Without your specific view, your wanting something better, there would be no forward expansion.

We would all still exist in physical form as amoeba floating in the ocean, aimlessly at peace with what has always been.

There would be no new wanting if not for you.

And that would be such a boring game.




We are in love with you no matter what you do.

Christopher: Do you worry about the people around you? Do you believe the saying that when you worry about someone it means that you love them? It might feel that way, but actually Love and Worry are two very different feelings, and quite far apart on the Emotional Guidance Scale.

When you worry about someone, you do not help them to become well, or to have a better life. You do not protect them from danger by worrying about them and telling them to -“Please be careful”.

You are really getting in their way.

When you worry about their health, you make it harder for them to get well. When you worry, you might cause their unwellness to last longer than it would have if you had not added your resistance to the mix.

The best way to help someone you care about, no matter the situation, is to make your alignment, your feeling good, what matters most to you. You cannot help another by making it harder for them.

When you are aligned, feeling good, you are not in the way of their getting back to their happiness. When you see them as well, you make room for them to find their improved feeling.

It doesn’t help to worry. Your worry isn’t even about them, it’s about you. It’s about the way you think.

It has nothing to do with your loved one, it’s only about the way you are thinking, and the way your Soul is thinking. When the way you think is differing from the way your Soul thinks about a specific subject, you will feel bad. Worry is a feeling you get when your thinking differs in a certain way, that’s all.

It doesn’t mean any more than that.

It doesn’t mean something bad is going to happen, and it will not help to keep you or the one you worry about safer. All it means is that you are not thinking in the way your Soul is thinking. Your Soul always knows what is really true.

It knows that you are always safe, that nothing can happen to you for you are an Eternal Being.

When you know that by worrying you make it harder for your loved one to be well, to stay safe, do you not see the folly of worrying. When you know the impact you are having on the very person you worry about, do you not feel the importance to train yourself to think in a different way?

We want you to know, that you can never create in someone else’s reality. No matter how much you worry about them, you cannot create something happening to them, they are the ones who create for themselves, them only.

However, by worrying you can make it slightly harder for them to stay in balance, they may have to try a little harder to align with their Soul. But it is never your responsibility what they create, it is always of their choosing alone.

We know you humans, and most of you will care more about the way you feel when you know that your way of feeling has an impact on those you love.

We would want you to care so much about the impact the way you feel has on yourself that nothing mattered more to you than the way you feel in the moment, but we know that especially in the beginning, you find it easier to care about another.

That’s okay, what’s important is that you actually start to care how you feel. In time, you will see that the way you feel is the most important thing to you, because that is what affects everything else, you see.

Everything that you see and hear and experience was first a thought and a feeling before it showed up in your life.

Everyone you meet responds to the way you feel.

The closer you are to another, the more they are affected by your thoughts and feelings. The one you meet will be the person to you that you think them to be.

The way you think about them is the way they will respond to you, they cannot be something to you that is different from they way you think they are.

This is why a person can act differently to different people. Someone you like and think good-feeling thoughts about will be that to you, will treat you in the way you believe people you like would treat you.

That same person may to another be someone different, and that person does not like them and think bad-feeling thoughts about them, and they have to treat them in the way that person think they will. It is Law, you see.

A person that you meet are to you what you think they will be. You create your encounter with them. Only you create in your reality, and you create the people you meet, along with everything else you experience.

That is what we are here to teach you, how to create deliberately what you want, to create on purpose, as opposed to creating by default; by habit creating randomly things you want and things you do not want, not knowing that yours is the power to create your Universe.

Christopher: Everyone can visualize, or imagine, or daydream. Do you ever think of a memory, like what you did last summer? When you remember, you see things with your mind. Do you ever worry about something that might happen? That is visualizing, only in the opposite direction of where you want to go. You are already visualizing, you can already do it, what you want to learn is to do it consciously, when you want to.

That is what visualization is.

Your eyes actually don’t see anything. You see with your brain, that is what is interpreting the things you see. Your eyes work more like a camera. They take the picture, but your brain sees the picture. When you know that is how things work, does it then not make sense that your brain can “see” things that you have seen at some other time?

When you were a child, you easily pretended all the time. What you imagined did at times seem more real to you than the “real world”. Of course the adults around you did not agree with the value of pretending. They had learned when they were young that this was a waste of time, and did their best to teach you that too, since they thought it was best for you.

And as you conformed to those around you, you gradually stopped pretending. Now pretending is not like riding a bike. You do forget how when you don’t practice for a long time. You will have to learn how again, by practicing and having fun with it.

As you have known once how to pretend, you will have an easier time to learn to remember how than it is to learn something you have never known how to do. As an example, we will use learning to play the piano.

If you wanted to learn how to play the piano, you would not expect to be an expert piano player the first time you tried. You would not be disappointed with yourself when you couldn’t read notes. Also, if someone had taught you once that playing an instrument was a waste of time since you are not doing anything “productive” when you are doing it, you would have negative-feeling thoughts on the subject, such as -”This is just a waste of time”, -”I don’t know how”, -”It is not real anyway”, we will stop here.

Did you have an invisible friend when you were young? They were as real to you as a “real” person standing next to you was. They were anything you wanted them to be. They had a real, whole life in your mind.

Start your journey back to visualization with something easy. Do not pick a difficult, resistant subject for you. Pick a subject you already feel pretty good about.

Now think of a small thing you would like to improve in your experience on this subject. Something you do not care much about, just an -”oh, that might be nice” feeling. Try to think of it as already happened.

A small thing you would like to have perhaps. A postcard from someone you like, a friend or acquaintance. You go out to the mailbox to get the mail. What does it look like? What does it say on the back? Don’t make it too hard, just pick a short, sweet message like ”Great weather here”, or ”Happy Holidays”. Anything you like. What does the signature look like?

Or you could imagine an item you would like, but do not feel too needy about. A small, low-priced item. What do you think of? What color would you like it to have? See yourself buying it and bringing it home. Where do you put it? Where will you store it? Is it something to use, or use up?

See yourself, try to imagine you are seeing out of your own eyes in the visualization, and not like you see yourself from the outside of yourself. Like you are living it. See yourself enjoying the item.

That’s all there is to it.

Practice a bit for fun, here and there. When you are standing in line, think of what you want to do tomorrow, see out of your own eyes while you do the thing. And go for how you want it to be. If you go for what normally happens, you will create more of the same thing.

If you imagine, and worry, about all the things you do not want to happen, you are on your way to create that. Do not try to visualize if you feel bad. Do something else instead, try to distract your thoughts to something that feels better. Do something fun!

Only visualize when you are already feeling good.

And accept that you may not start off as a visualizing expert, you are a beginner at piano. There is no hurry. And each time you try, only for a short time, a minute or less, or as long as you feel like, you will find it easier.

And in time it will be as easy as when you were a child.

Christopher: A great day or a hard day, you create either in the same way. By the way you are thinking. If you are mostly thinking of how hard it is, or that you are having “a bad day”, then of course it will be so. If you think of the best things in your day consistently, then your days will become better and better.

Now, we know that it is very hard to change from a “bad” day to a good day when you are in the middle of it. It will take time to change your usual way of creating. A great day really starts the night before.

Before you go to sleep, while laying in your bed, if you would remember your day and only think of the best parts of it. The things that went well, the times you were feeling good, the best things that happened in this day.

It doesn’t even have to be true.

If you want to have even more improvement to your experience, and quicker, you can think of the day you just had as if it was exactly as you want it to have been. If this does not appeal to you, then only think of what “really” happened, but only the best things.

No matter how few things that feel good about your day, if you try to focus as much as you can on them, and savor what you liked about them, your experience will improve, and as there are more good things to think about, your life will improve more and more. It is a snowball effect, you see.

But for the greatest improvement, we suggest to pretend, when you are remembering your day, to imagine that everything went as you would have wanted it and the day went smoothly. You will find that gradually, your days will more and more resemble your fantasy. This is how you create, you see.

Here is some help with remembering your day in a pretend fashion. Only if you feel you need it, otherwise, just go for it! Remember to not imagine the future, that is; to pretend it is tomorrow, because by pretending that it has already happened it will seem more real to you, and you will have less resistance in thoughts like -”What if it never happens?” And so on.

Start when you were waking up. How did you feel? (That is; how would you have wanted to feel like?) What does your bedroom look like? Who is laying next to you? Play as long as you want in thoughts like these, and then remember getting up. What do you do first? What does your house or apartment look like?

Remember, it’s how you want things to be like. Most important in this imagined remembrance, is how you want to feel. It’s not the things you want, you see, what you want is the feeling you believe you will have when you get the things. How do you want to feel when you wake up? Enthusiastic about your day?

Keep going in your pretending, as long as you feel like it. Continue remembering the rest of the day as long as you have fun with it. Focus on how you felt (want to feel) as you move through the day. Then when you don’t feel like continuing, go to sleep.

Don’t expect great things to happen the very next day. That is a rare occasion. For the vast majority of humans it will take a while to create a difference. The Universe doesn’t catch up to your new vibration at the moment you send it out. It is constantly dragging behind you in your time.

If everything you thought of would happen instantly you would not like it anyway, believe us!

After a time, if you pretend a little bit every night before you fall asleep, and remember your day going the way you want it to, you will notice a difference in your life. It will happen gradually, at first you will probably not even notice, until the difference has amplified a bit and the snowball becomes bigger.

If you try this a little while most nights, and truly change your vibration, then your life will change. It is not going to work if you do not really change, or only do this as a chore you must do to get your “stuff”.

Do it for the fun of it!

When you change the way you think, you change the Universe. It has to change with you; it is Law.

And that is a promise.

1. Do You Think You Can’t Visualize?

Christopher: We see you humans, and we see that most of you have been taught to struggle through your lives. We want you to know that there is a better, easier way. It does not have to be hard.

It can be easy to live your life.

There is no need to fight your way through your experience. If you will but go with the flow, instead of paddling against it, you will find much greater joy and peace on your journey.

We know that it is easier to do what you are used to. It will take some deliberate steering of your thoughts in the beginning of a change in thought-habits. But if you will start, you will find that it gets easier and easier, and after some time, you will think in the new way just as automatically as you are now thinking.

It will be just as easy, it will be automatic, for you to think in a way that will lead you to the joyful feelings you are seeking. There will be no need for effort in changing anymore, and you will have a new thought-habit, or belief system, that will serve you much better than your old one for the rest of your life here on this Earth.

It is your focus that determines your thinking.

When you focus on something that you do not want, you will feel bad. When you focus on what you do want, you will feel good.

Think of it as concentration.

From your human perspective, you can but think of one thing at a time. If you are thinking about something that feels bad, and you recognize this and deliberately switch your concentration to something else (that feels good), then you cannot at the same time think of the bad feeling thing. It disappears from your thoughts.

As you know, when you are concentrating in a more traditional meaning of the word, as in school for example, you cannot stay focused on your work for a long time without being distracted. This is a natural thing, nothing to feel bad about. It is the same way with focusing your thought, concentrating on good-feeling thoughts. You will become distracted, lose your focus.

Again and again.

That is just how it is for all humans, nothing else. It is to be expected. In the beginning it will be difficult to switch your focus, and you will lose it quickly. But if you just keep trying, it will become easier and easier, until you will not even have to think of it consciously, it will be unconscious, automatic, no more difficult than your breathing.

When you are born, that is how you think. You know that you are supposed to feel good, and you focus as much of your attention as possible on good-feeling thoughts. It takes several years for the adult humans to train you out of your alignment with your Soul, since that is how they think it is supposed to be.

Luckily for you, it is a lot easier to train yourself back again, since it is natural for you to be happy.

When you find yourself feeling bad, what thoughts are you thinking? If you notice what you are thinking in that moment, and decide that you want to feel good more than anything, and you try to find a thought that feels better than before, that feels like relief, then you have changed the pattern of your thinking.

And every time you do, you walk a new path through the woods, and for every time the path will become a little wider and easier to travel, and one day you will realize that you did not need to focus differently, because it is now ingrained in you, the forest path has finally become wider and more traveled than the other path, and during the same time your old path has grown over.

And you are finally feeling like a child again, and the world and everything in it is a wonder in your eyes, and you are wondering how you could ever have forgotten.
